La Petite offers employment to individuals that have a sincere desire to work with children. Additionally, each employee is required to have a high school diploma (or equivalent). A desire for continued education beyond high school is highly preferred, with special attention given to those who have a concentration in early childhood development. Each applicant must be able to successfully pass a background check, pre-employment drug screening and must be willing and able to obtain CPR & First Aid training and certification.
