The week he started , my husband got called out for work in Arizona for THREE weeks! I was already a an anxious bundle of nerves about how he was going to adjust to a new school (even with some familiar faces), but now it was going to be just her and me! All that to say, transitions aren’t easy, but all of you have done so much to make this difficult time easier for us. There’s not enough I can do to thank you! (5/23)

At a time where we needed someone to help care for our son when my mom was no longer able, I prayed for a place that would be safe, clean, fun and genuinely loving. My husband and I felt at peace and know God led us to La Petite and that he would be in a good environment. You all helped make this transition to daycare so smooth for us. We are forever grateful. It has been a GREAT journey with La Petite, and we have really enjoyed being with you all. My children both grew up with La Petite and we have been with you all for over 11 years. I want to say thank you for taking care of both of my babies for so long. I am so lucky to have been able to keep my kids at the same day care for the whole time that we needed a day care service. Unfortunately they grow up, and not that my husband has a new job, he is able to be home with them when they get off the bus. Again, THANK YOU all for everything. (JL, 1/22)

My child started at La Petite Learning Center when she was 2 months old. I was scared to death to leave my baby with a group of strangers. What little did I know, they were an incredible group of women that went above and beyond for my child each day. They truly had her best interest at heart and nothing is more soothing to a mama than this feeling as you leave your baby behind. My child started a new journey in Pre-K, but La Petite and their staff will always have a special place in my heart for loving my baby so! I truly can’t thank you enough! And as my child says, “Don’t miss me, I will be back next summer.” (AB, 8/20)

I cannot say enough about how special La Petite is and has been to our little man. It’s a bittersweet goodbye for us. My baby is off to big school. We will truly miss our La Petite family. (CP, 5/18)

My daughter is now almost 2 and has been there since she was 11 weeks old. We haven’t had any issues and have been very happy with her there. (BR, 2017)

We loved it there. My twins went for a year and a half. Always had great experiences. Over 4 years ago I started the routine of going in and out this building everyday. But the building soon became a second family. Then we moved and people just couldn’t believe I was driving so far out the way to still bring my daughter. I couldn’t imagine not bringing her everyday because I knew it was what was best for her. It’s wild to think how much time has passed. I am so thankful for all of the ladies that have taken care of my babies. I have made some amazing friends along the way. It’s so bittersweet because I don’t have anymore babies, but I’m so excited to start the next season of life. So thank you to all the ladies at La Petite. We will miss you. (DS, 5/19)

This momma has a very heavy heart today. My son spent his last day at La Petite daycare. I can remember dropping him off his first day at 6 weeks old and picking him up today reminded me how fast time flies. The daycare center was wonderful for him in his early development years and he learned so much and had lots of love there with Jaunell, Shy, Zena, Christy, Monica and Joyce and Donna. I’m sad to see this day come. I only pulled him because we are in Baton Rouge now. I do look forward to his next chapter but will miss everyone at La Petite dearly. (HH, 10/17)

La Petite has been part of our lives for 6 years now. Both of my girls have truly enjoyed their time at La Petite. I have always felt that my girls were loved & well cared for by the staff. It is a little surreal to think we won’t be doing pickup & drop off anymore! Thanks for all that y’all have done and that y’all continue to do. (NL, 7/21)

As my daughter enters into Pre-K, I cannot help but reflect on our time at La Petite. The moment she walked into school, I knew she was prepared, all thanks to the wonderful staff at La Petite. Because of you all, she is confident & independent. We would like you all to understand how appreciative we are for all that you have and continue to do for our girls. Thank you all for being their “mom away from mom.” Thank you for spending time teaching and getting to know our children so they can be prepared for their next steps in life.
